Yemi Alade is a BET Awards 2015 and 2016 nominee for Best International Act. In 2016, she debuted on Billboard as No. 4 on its "Next Big Sound" Chart. She is also a two-time MOBO Awards nominee for Best International Act 2014 and 2015 and winner of the MTV Africa Music Awards (MAMAs) for Best Female 2015 and 2016. She is the first African female pop artist to hit over 89 million views on YouTube and VEVO with her smash hit single JOHNNY, which is now the most viewed video from an African artist. She’s performed alongside Miley Cyrus, Shakira, J Balvin, Jennifer Hudson, Coldplay, Usher, and Justin Bieber. Yemi became a judge on The Voice Nigeria in 2017.
